Yes. You must be logged into your Athlos account while placing your order to earn reward points.
Will I earn points on every purchase?
Yes, all eligible purchases earn reward points based on your order value. Returns, exchanges, cancelled orders, and refunded orders are not eligible.
Rewards & Redemption
When will my reward points appear in my account?
Reward points are credited 20 days after your order is placed, provided it has not been returned or refunded.
Why is there a 20-day waiting period?
This ensures that only completed, successful purchases are rewarded and helps prevent misuse of the program.
Is there a minimum number of points required for redemption?
No. You can redeem any available reward points during checkout.
What happens if I cancel my order after redeeming points?
Any redeemed reward points will be credited back to your account once the cancellation is successfully processed.
Can I redeem all my available points in one order?
Yes, you can use all your available points, subject to the order value and program terms.
Can I give my reward to someone else?
No. Reward points are linked to your Athlos account and cannot be transferred.
Can I earn points on an order where I redeem points?
NYes. Reward points are earned on the final amount paid after redemption.

My reward points haven't been credited. What should I do?
Please wait for the 20-day validation period. If your points still don't appear after this period, contact our support team with your order number.
I accidentally checked out without logging in. Can points be added later?
Unfortunately, reward points cannot be added retroactively to purchases made without signing into your Athlos account.
Can I use rewards points at offline events/pop-ups?
No, referral rewards are only valid for purchases on www.goathlos.com.
What happens to my points if I return part of my order?
Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your reward balance.
