What good is a running short without a good liner? The Distance shorts comes paired with a liner that provides support at right places while getting out of your way. It's next to nothing hand-feel and firm support makes you forget you are wearing anything, in a good way. It plays the role of underwear perfectly and we strongly recommend not wearing any underwear under our distance running shorts.
I have been wearing Athlos Distance Running Shorts since the time I started running! I have worn them across countries , weathers and distances and nothing else comes a close second to the comfort you feel wearing Athlos ! These are my go-to shorts for races , especially the full marathons wherein you can carry your gels, phone, keys, small bites , etc. in the pockets and they wont weigh you down. I have run long distances on my periods wearing these shorts and there is zero chaffing, comfort like no other !
My love for multiple pockets in a running gear has been taken care by Athlos quite well :) I can keep my phone and run effortlessly along with other mini pockets to store hydration stuff.
The material was soft and flexible enough to stretch out those crazy rocks during my trail!!!
I've been running in Athlos shorts for a long time now. Super comfortable, lots of pockets which are useful n snug. Fabric is stretchy and comfortable, never got chafed. Just one issue, kindly make the size S a little short in length. Otherwise the best shorts for FMs and longer distances

Just miss 1 more full side pocket on inner ljning. Having it would make it more than perfect..

Though the inner compression could be a bit more fitted .
