How the PROGRAM works?
Every time you place an order with us, you will receive a unique shareable referral link along with your order confirmation message on Whatsapp.

What’s the minimum order value for a successful referral?
Can I use multiple referral rewards on one order? No, only one referral reward can be used per order.
Rewards & Redemption
When will I receive my 20% reward? Your reward will be issued 21 days after your friend’s purchase, provided it hasn’t been returned or exchanged.
Why is there a 21-day waiting period? This ensures that only completed, successful purchases are rewarded and helps prevent misuse of the program.
How will I receive my referral reward? Once validated, you’ll see your 20% discount code in your Athlos account dashboard (coming soon) and receive it via email.
How do I redeem the reward?
- Log in to your Athlos account
- Add items worth ₹4,500 or more to your cart
- Apply your 20% code at checkout
Can I give my reward to someone else? No, referral rewards are non-transferable and linked to your account.
Can referral rewards be combined with other offers? No, referral rewards can’t be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.

I referred a friend but didn’t get my reward. What do I do? If it’s been over 21 days since their order and you haven’t received your reward, email us at support@goathlos.com with your referral details.
The referral link isn’t working. Why?
Check these common issues:
- Your friend isn’t a first-time customer
- The referral link has expired (valid for 15 days) Still facing issues? Contact our support team.
Can I use referral rewards at offline events/pop-ups? No, referral rewards are only valid for purchases on www.goathlos.com.
What if I forget to apply the reward at checkout? Referral rewards cannot be applied retroactively. Please ensure you use your code before completing your order.
